1. Definitions

"Service" refers to the home visit makeup artistry services provided by Baihe. "Client" or "You" refers to the individual booking or using the Service. "We", "Us", "Our" refers to Baihe, a makeup artistry practice based in Tainan, Taiwan. "Agreement" refers to these Terms & Conditions, which govern the relationship between Baihe and each Client.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By submitting a booking inquiry, confirming an appointment, or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not proceed with a booking.

You must be at least 18 years of age to independently enter into this Agreement. Bookings on behalf of minors (such as the Debut Celebration Style) must be made by a parent or legal guardian, who accepts these Terms on the minor's behalf.

3. Service Description and Availability

Baihe offers three home visit makeup services in Tainan: Commute-Ready Express (NT$1,500), Charity Gala Preparation (NT$7,800), and Debut Celebration Style (NT$16,000). All services are provided at the client's specified location within our service area.

Services are available by appointment only. Availability may vary based on scheduling and artist availability. We will confirm booking details by email or phone within one business day of your inquiry.

4. Booking and Cancellation

Bookings are confirmed once we have acknowledged your request and, where applicable, received a deposit. For Debut Celebration Style packages, a partial deposit is required to secure the practice session. The balance is due before the event-day application.

Cancellations must be communicated as follows: at least 24 hours' notice for Express sessions; at least 48 hours' notice for Gala or Debut sessions. Cancellations with insufficient notice may result in forfeiture of any deposit paid.

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to artist illness, force majeure, or circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, we will offer a rescheduled date or a full refund of any deposit received.

5. Payment

We accept payment via LINE Pay, bank transfer, or cash. All prices are stated in New Taiwan Dollar (NT$). Payment for Express and Gala sessions is due on the day of the appointment. For Debut packages, the deposit schedule will be confirmed at booking.

We do not store card or payment credentials. All payment transactions are the responsibility of the Client.

6. Client Responsibilities

You agree to disclose any relevant skin conditions, sensitivities, or allergies prior to your appointment. We are not liable for adverse reactions resulting from failure to disclose known sensitivities.

You agree to provide a safe and accessible location for the session, with adequate lighting and a clean preparation area. Baihe reserves the right to decline or discontinue a session if the environment is deemed unsafe or unsuitable.

7. Intellectual Property and Photography

We will not photograph your session or share images of your appearance without explicit written consent. All photographs taken with your consent remain subject to the terms agreed at the time of consent. No AI training or commercial use of client images will be made without separate written agreement.

8. Disclaimers

Makeup artistry results are influenced by factors including skin type, skin condition on the day, environmental conditions, and personal preferences. While we take care to deliver results that meet agreed expectations, we cannot make specific assurances about the precise outcome of any session.

Our services are not medical or dermatological treatments. Any advice given during a session is practical, not medical. Consult a healthcare professional for skin health concerns.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by Taiwan law, Baihe's liability for any claim arising from the provision of services is limited to the amount paid by the Client for the specific session giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate an ongoing service relationship by providing written notice. We reserve the right to decline future bookings from clients who have violated these Terms or engaged in disrespectful or abusive conduct toward our artists.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan). Disputes will first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the Tainan District Court.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use of our services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
