How do I book a session and how far in advance?
You can reach us through the contact form below, by phone, or by email. For weekday express sessions we appreciate at least 2–3 days' notice. For gala and debut services, we recommend booking 1–3 weeks ahead to allow time for consultation.
What should I prepare before the artist arrives?
A clean, moisturized face is ideal. Good natural or warm lighting near a window helps. We bring everything else — our kit is fully stocked for every service. Just let us know about any skin sensitivities when you book.
Is the practice session included in the Debut service?
Yes. The Debut Celebration Style includes an advance color consultation and a dedicated practice session before the main event day. This helps us refine the look together so everyone feels comfortable and confident.
What is your cancellation or rescheduling policy?
We understand plans can change. Please let us know at least 24 hours in advance for express sessions, and 48 hours for gala or debut bookings. We'll always try to find an alternative time that works for you.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept LINE Pay, bank transfer, and cash. Payment details will be confirmed when you book. For debut packages, a partial deposit may be requested to secure the practice session date.
